With over five years of group class experience and a background as a Chiropractor, she brings a unique understanding of movement and wellness to each class. Miranda is dedicated to helping others feel confident and connected, empowering every member to find their vibe and reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment.

Katie has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in early 2021. Her teaching style is inclusive, encouraging participants to focus on how their body feels in each pose rather than its appearance. Her yoga flows emphasize proper form, are well-rounded, and can sometimes be challenging.

With a deep passion for health and wellness, she specializes in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and strength training, both as an instructor and an avid participant. During her college years, Maria was a competitive cross-country runner, which deepened her understanding of endurance training and fueled her drive for athletic excellence.

I am an outdoor enthusiast, was a collegiate swimmer, and am an avid athlete. I have competed in Olympic distance through full Ironman triathlons. I am high energy, love motivating people and as an instructor am always looking for new, fun and hard core workouts to keep people motivated
